We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. Where permitted by law for complex requests, we may extend with notice.

Sale/Share and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use targeted advertising cookies or technologies that would require opt-out from sale/share under applicable US state laws.

Marketing Preferences

If we send marketing communications, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us at enquiries@whyso.io. Where consent-based marketing rules apply (including UK/EU PECR, CASL, and Australia Spam Act), we rely on required consent and honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
